LP (Hidden Metal Gems)
VAULT is a classic Dutch Metal band of the 80’s that had released one LP (“No Escape”) and one 7” single (“Hell of a Bloke”). Now HMG records releases their second unreleased album that was supposed to be released back in the 80’s. Well, for me this LP is among the best released from a Dutch band (and not only) along with DARK WIZARD-“Devil’s Victim”, EMERALD-“Down Town”, DEFENDER-“City Ad Mortis”, ANGUS-“Track of Doom”, MARTYR-“For the Universe” etc. The album contains 8 tracks of high quality that are definitely Metal classics. The cover artwork is great (done by Eric Philippe known from the covers of DARK WIZARD, CROSSFIRE etc.) The Metal fans that like bands like DARK WIZARD, HEAVY LOAD, GOTHAM CITY and all the other European metal Heroes of the 80’s will fall in love with “Sword of Steel”. Those that already have “No Escape” will forget it at once (well, not exactly but you know what I mean) because this LP is many times better.
