BONE TO RUST is a trio band from Keratsini, Greece formed back in 2006 by Mikebass (bass-vocals) and Alex (guitar) and after a few months Stavros joined them on the drumming role. In Semptember 2007 BONE TO RUST entered the studio and recorded their first demo that unfortunately is the band’s latest kinesis concerning the studio report. This virgin demo contains 4 songs that bring forward a very interesting musical style and character that varies from rock, psychedelic, stoner to doom metal, bringing in mind bands like Electric Wizard. The production is pretty edgy and Mikebass’ groovy voice wins from the first hearing the listeners cheer.
All in all, BONE TO RUST appear to be a bonded, “Spartan” act that deserves a place among the other rivals of the specific genre.
