Sacred Reich - The American Way (Re-issue)

(Displeased) Total Time: 45:32

SACRED REICH's third album is one of their best. The overall speed was lowered, but the groove factor was upped and the overall production improved.
In hindsight, it did them a bit of harm back then, when similar bands were speeding away like there was no tomorrow, with the whole thrash movement also being largely based on speed and not crunch and especially if one compares the “American Way” to "Surf Nicaragua" it is somehow left lagging, but if one looks in retrospect and with the GROOVE being re-vee-red now-a-day after the advent of bands like Pantera and the like, the album is not bad by any means...!
It's time for a younger audience to discover and explore the band - and songs like the infectious title track along with cuts like "Crimes Against Humanity", "Who's To Blame" and the heavily rhythmical "31 Flavors" !!!
Hell, whoever saw ‘em in Wacken in 07 ... could tell you how much @#$$@# the haul and kick!!!
The original album is complimented by 6 bonus -demo-tracks and the promotional video for “American Way”! Overall a nice official release to take the place of the widely available bootleg that was circulating!!!
