In the summer of 2001, I saw the "Metal Gods" live at the Rockwave Festival in Greece (for the first time in my life) and believe me, I got so impressed that I couldn't wait to get this DVD into my hands, even though the band didn't have it's original line up (Rob Halford left the band 1992, so Tim "Ripper" Owens replaced him)! This DVD, is the band's first official release, and it really worth's the money to buy. The concert "Live In London" was recorded at Brixton Academy in London, on 19th December 2001, during the "Demolition Tour". The performance of the band is once more excellent, as it was at the Rockwave Festival, and they provide a 90-minutes show, featuring their current lead singer, Tim "Ripper" Owens. Many classic heavy metal tracks like "Breaking The Law", "Painkiller", "Hell Bent For Leather" and "The Ripper", are the highlights of the show combined with the crowd and the great performance of the band! This DVD also includes tons of behind-the-scenes material, rare concert footage of this show, featuring an extended set of many Judas Priest classics as well as material from their latest album "Demolition" (I personally think that it's better that lots of their albums of the past), extended interviews, the band during the sound check (very nice idea for a DVD) and it's also covered by blasting Surround Sound System, in order to blow up your speakers! There should be included more tracks into that show, like "Beyond The Realms Of Death", but I guess we'll have to take what we can get, am I right? This package is a must for every single Judas Priest fan all over the world, and a very nice DVD into every fan's collection. "The Priest Is Back"...
