Hm, interesting – this Russian (?) bunch seems to indulge into some sort of death-thrash midpaced rhythmic hybrid of metal for the most part – that is not a millon miles away from what Sepultura were doing circa Chaos AD. Unfortunately – the at some points tend to walk the way of early Soulfly and there are even a few emo-like passages to be seen on tracks like “Passage to the skies” and “Wanting to be alone”….. hm…. Not to sure – what my verdict would be if those were absent – I think I ‘d like them better. The band seems to be capable and they are convicted, but they need to try harder to achieve something more distinctive – if they want to survive in the ocean of hopefuls that we daily drown in. I prefer moments like the insane – “powdering squeeze” if you ask me. If you ‘re gonna do – extreme metal – do extreme metal vocals – this emo-passages usually make me wanna puke. Curious of what their next move may be.
