MEMORIZED DREAMS are a bunch of newcomers from Norway. Funny that they don’t play black metal. They instead have opted to play power metal of the melodic variety. They seem to have worked quite a bit on this, their debut I would presume, but it short of falls short on a few accounts. The songs are ok, the production is pretty good, but the vocals are a tad accented and while the songs are ok, they ‘re far from setting your world on fire. They show flare and promise, but for now, they leave me pretty unfulfilled for the time being. I’d keep an eye on them in the future. Recommended only to Euro-power fans
