And it is time for the black metal guys to be happy. Carnal Records a few weeks ago, released this split Cd, with two black metal bands from Sweden. The Cd opens with the songs from Arckanum, which are five and all in their mother language. Arckanum plays underground black metal with black anti-cosmic chaos magic, as they characterize their music. Personally I hear a black metal group with a not so good production. In the other hand, Svartsyn, plays again black metal with the same bad production. I know, that the “bad” production and the underground feeling in the black metal music is good points and of course is a plus to someone who wants to buy this album. Last but not least, the artwork is totally black, what else, and the cover is hand made.
